Appointments

Heide is available for appointments Monday to Friday from 11am to 7:30pm, either face to face, on the phone, or skype voice / video live on-line.

We appreciate when people call to confirm their appointment 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise Heide will call you to give you a reminder.
Please note that when you make an appointment for professional counselling, sex therapy or Voice Dialogue, this time has been allocated to you.

We hope you understand that if you forget your appointment, arrive late, or give less than 24 hours notice of your inability to attend to your booked session, you will still be charged the usual fee for this session.

• Recommended time of your sessions is 60 minutes and cost is $AUD 155.00 per 60 min session.
  
• Your first session begins with a 15min FREE assessment.
• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for bringing your partner, family or a friend.
• FREE selected printed materials and handouts.
  
• You can choose to book less than 60min time and pay a pro rate fee.
• You can book additional time by agreement and will be charged by the current time rate.
• Instant Solution Calls 20 Minutes for $AUD 50.00 prepaid
  

• Economical pre-pay arrangement, called the Eco Pack, is available to clients who want to save money when seeking longer-term counselling.
• Eco Pack saves $10.00/session and is available for $AUD 580.00/ per pack. Eco Pack incorporates 4 times 60 minutes time, and is valid for 12 month. Eco Packs are non refundable.

• Written reports and documents, if required, cost a minimum of $385.00 per report.

• Fees are due at the completion of each session, unless you have already bought the pre-paid Eco Pack.
  

• Clients working in related industries can claim tax deduction.
• Clients who have private health insurance with GRAND UNITED can claim on their consultations.
• Clients who intend to be reimbursed by their insurance provider need to clarify with their provider the item of professional counselling.
