Appointments
Heide is available for appointments from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Sessions can be booked as either face-to-face consultations, phone conference, or skype voice/video live on-line appointments, locally, nationally and internationally.
It is essential to pre-book your private appointments. Sessions can be arranged for the same week. The time is exclusively allocated to you.
Fee Structure for Short Term Professional Counselling and Professional Sex Therapy
Standard sessions are 60 minutes in duration and incur the fee of $AUD 165.00.
No extra charge for couples.
Your first session begins with a 15 minutes FREE assessment, 75 minutes $AUD 165.00.
You can choose to book less or more time than 60 minutes and pay a pro rate fee.
Quick call option is available (phone or skype only) 30 minutes for $AUD 60.00.
All quoted fees include GST and all card payment charges.
Fee Sructure for Longer Term Professional Counselling and Professional Sex Therapy
Economical prepay arrangement, called 'EcoPackSaver' is available to clients who want to save money when seeking longer-term counselling.
EcoPackSaver saves $AUD 10.00 per session and is available for $AUD 620.00 per pack. EcoPackSaver incorporates 4 times 60 minutes sessions, and is valid for 12 month.
EcoPackSavers are NON refundable.
Reports and documents
Written reports and documents, if required, cost a minimum of $385.00 per report.
Fees
Fees are due at the completion of each session, unless you have already bought the pre-paid Eco Pack.
Clients choosing Direct Depositing as their payment option MUST pay prior to session and VERIFY by email. Please mention your choice of payment when you make a booking for your session.
Claims
Clients working in related industries may claim tax deduction.
Clients owning ABN or ACN numbers may claim GST.
Clients who have private health insurance with GRAND UNITED may claim on their consultations. Provider Number 0000 2955.
Clients insured by Medibank Private may investigate the option to claim on professional counselling using their bonus. Check with your Medibank Private office.
Clients who intend to be reimbursed by their insurance provider need to clarify the item of 'professional counselling'.
