It is essential to pre-book your appointments. Sessions can be arranged for the same week or later.
Fee Structure for Short Term Therapy
Standard sessions are 60 minutes in duration and incur the fee of $AUD 165.00.
No extra charge for couples.
Fee Sructure for Longer Term Therapy
Save $AUD 10.00 per session with the EcoPackSaver.
EcoPackSaver is available for $AUD 620.00 and incorporates 4 times 60 minutes sessions.
EcoPackSaver is NON refundable and valued for 12 month.
One-On-One Intensive Wokshops
One-On-One intensive workshops can be booked as a 2-4 hours block.
Normal hourly rates apply, or save $AUD 10.00 per hour with the EcoPackSaver.
Cancellation Notice
A 24 hours cancellation notice applies to all pre-booked and confirmed sessions, otherwise a full fee will be charged.
Q&A Professional
Q&A Professional is a new email service for people who wish to clarify a personal question only, and who do not want to engage in counselling or sex therapy. This service does not replace counselling therapies. Please see all details on our designated page Q&A Professioal.
Cost per email $AUD 30.00
Reports
Written reports, if required, cost a minimum of $AUD 385.00 per report.

All above quoted fees include GST and all card charges.
Fees
Fees are due at the start or completion of each session, unless you have already bought the pre-paid EcoPackSaver.
Fees for Skype and telephone consultations must be processed by Credit Card Only, or may be paid by Direct Depositing.
Clients choosing Direct Depositing as their payment option must pay at least 24 hours prior to their session, and verify payment by bank receipt number via email.
Claims
Clients working in related industries may claim tax deduction and /or GST.
Clients who have cover under the Health Management Service with GU Health may claim the item of Professional Counselling. Provider Number 0000 2955
Clients insured by Medibank Private can claim on professional counselling. Provider Number 125 107 1L
Clients who intend to be reimbursed by their insurance provider need to clarify the item of Professional Counselling.
